How Maisey Daisey Began

Maisey Daisey was inspired by Maisey herself — a gentle giant rescue dog with complex medical needs. When Maisey came into our lives, it quickly became clear that standard pet products simply weren’t suitable for dogs like her. She needed a bed that supported her joints, accommodated her size and weight, stayed dry, and could be easily cleaned.

What started as a search for the right bed soon turned into a realisation: there was a huge gap in the market for truly supportive, practical, and calming dog beds, particularly for large breeds, senior dogs, anxious rescues, and dogs with disabilities.

After having a bespoke bed made for Maisey — at great expense — we realised that many other dogs needed the same level of care and consideration. And so, Maisey Daisey Ltd was born.
