Returns and Refunds Policy
At Maisey Daisey Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. To ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy:
14-Day Returns Policy for Beds: We offer a 14-day returns policy for all Cocoon beds, Cave beds, and Snuggle beds. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that personalised beds cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. If the wrong size is ordered, we are unable to accept returns, unless it is due to a manufacturing fault.
Collars: Personalised collars cannot be returned, except in cases of a manufacturing fault. If the wrong size is ordered, we are unable to accept a return.
Other Dog Beds and Coats: Returns are only accepted for other beds and coats if they have a manufacturing fault. We cannot accept returns for any reason other than a fault, including if the wrong size is ordered.
Return Process: If you need to return an item, please email us at maiseydaiseyltd@gmail.com. Items returned due to faults will have the return postage reimbursed. However, if the item is unsuitable or does not meet your expectations (other than a fault), we are unable to refund any postal costs.
If the 14-day return period has lapsed, we will issue a credit note for the full product value, which can be redeemed within the next three months. To redeem, simply email us with your request.
Important Information:
- Please ensure that all returns are sent via a recorded delivery service for your peace of mind and proof of delivery. Maisey Daisey Ltd cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage costs are non-refundable.
- Personalised items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- We cannot accept returns for sale items.
Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be unused and in perfect condition. Returns of used or worn items will not be accepted.
Variation in Sizes: As each of our beds is hand-made, there may be a size variation of up to 10%. This is due to the different ways in which each machinist may sew the fabric, such as seam size.
Colour Discrepancies: Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on the screen settings and resolutions of the device you are using (e.g., laptops or mobile phones). Therefore, returns based on colour discrepancies will not be accepted.
How to Return an Item: When returning an item, please ensure that the following information is included:
- Customer name
- Order number or reference
- Date of your order
- Product code and quantity of the item you wish to return
Inspection of Returned Goods: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
Late Returns: Items returned after the 14-day return window will be assessed at the discretion of Maisey Daisey Ltd.
Statutory Rights: Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
