This dog bed has been a total game-changer for my pup, who has a luxating patella. It provides just the right amount of support without being too firm, and I’ve noticed my dog is much more comfortable getting up and lying down. The cushioning holds its shape beautifully and doesn’t flatten out like other beds we’ve tried.
The waterproof material is a huge bonus. Accidents, muddy paws, and spills just wipe right off, and when it needs a deeper clean, it rinses easily and dries fast. Even after regular washing, the bed looks and feels exactly the same as when I first got it. No sagging, no weird smells, no wear and tear.
On top of all that, the brand itself is a non-profit and donates all of its profits to charity, which makes supporting them feel even better. It’s rare to find a product that’s this high-quality and also makes a positive impact.
If you’re looking for a durable, supportive, and truly easy-to-clean bed for a dog with joint issues, this one is absolutely worth it. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

As stated on our product listings, our beds are handmade to order, requiring 48-72 hours for production, followed by an additional 48 hours for dispatch. Your order was placed on a Sunday, and as we operate Monday to Friday, production began on the next working day. Unfortunately, a power cut on Monday delayed manufacturing by 24 hours, for which we sincerely apologised at the time.
We strive to provide excellent customer service and always respond politely, so we are sorry if our messages were misinterpreted. Our priority is to ensure that every pet receives a high-quality, handcrafted bed, and we appreciate your patience when unforeseen circumstances cause slight delays.
