We’re really sorry to hear the collar didn’t fit your dog. Our collar sizes are based on neck measurements, so we always recommend measuring your dog’s neck (or an existing well-fitting collar) before ordering, as breeds and builds can vary so much.

Please do get in touch with us — we’re more than happy to help get this amended for you if we can. When you contact us, it would really help to know whether the neck was measured directly or if the size was chosen based on an existing collar. That way we can make sure you get the best possible fit
